We install HDPE (high-density polyethylene), PVC, steel, and ductile-iron pipe in diameters from 1 inch up through 16 inches or more depending on the application. HDPE is the most common choice for directional drilling because its fusion joints are leak-free and it handles the pulling forces of the bore without issue.

Yes. We use high-torque rigs and hardened rock tooling to bore through cobble, sandstone, limestone, and granite formations common along the Front Range. Rock drilling takes longer and requires modified tooling, but modern HDD equipment handles it routinely.

Every bore is locate-first. We pothole with hydro-excavation to confirm the exact location and depth of existing lines before any drilling begins, which prevents dangerous and costly utility strikes. We also track the bore head's depth, pitch, and position in real time throughout the shot.

Permit requirements depend on scope and location. Work under state highways, municipal streets, and waterways each has its own approval process. Far less disruptive. HDD requires only a small entry and exit pit, while trenching means continuous excavation along the full run. Roads stay open, lawns stay intact, and mature trees are left undisturbed. Noise levels are lower and time on site is often shorter as well.
